Aesthetic Physician

Dr Thembani Mentor is a medical doctor dedicated to helping people look better, feel stronger and live healthier for longer. After years in aesthetic medicine, she came to see wrinkles as the visible sign of a deeper ageing process rather than the problem itself. Her practice now brings together evidence-based aesthetics, wellness and longevity medicine, with every treatment plan tailored to the individual. She believes ageing well happens when appearance, physical health, emotional wellbeing and lifestyle work in harmony, so her patients look their best and feel more resilient from the inside out.

Dr Thembani Mentor is an aesthetic physician with a special interest in aesthetic medicine, wellness and anti-ageing. She qualified with an MBChB from the University of Pretoria in 2017 and went on to complete an Advanced Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine, awarded cum laude, through the Foundation for Professional Development. She is registered with the HPCSA and is a member of the Aesthetics & Anti-aging Members Society of South Africa (AAMSSA).

Her areas of expertise include facial rejuvenation, neuromodulator and dermal filler injections, bio-stimulators, chemical peels, micro-needling, vitamin and mineral infusions and PRP therapy. Dr Mentor is also a national speaker and trainer in the medical aesthetics field, and serves on the board of the South African Association of Health & Skincare Professionals.
